i have had lansweeper up and running for about a month or so and all my computers were working great...sometime last week though i had 4 computers that stopped scanning. These computers are using the same login script as about 25 other computers so i know that the login script is working...the for users that are logging in are local admins on there computer...if i log into another computer as that user it scans just fine...so i think it is the computer itself. Usually when a computer doesnt get scanned i see an error icon in the action screen area...however this is not the case for these 4...is there any type of log on eother the server or client that could point me to why these are not scanning and are showing up as NOT SCANNED computers in red
