we have recently upgraded Lansweeper to version 3.2, but the installed software on our 64 bit systems are not beeing scanned. Do we need to make any adjustment in the configuration on the new Lansweeper version?

Steen

You don't need to make any changes.

Could you send me the following output:
A print screen of the add/remove software screen with the software missing.
registry output of the following keys :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

I have uploaded the requested files. Unfortunately I had to break the wow6432node registry key into three pieces because of the size.

Could you also send me the screenshot of the web interface that shows the installed software.

Do you only get this problem on 64 bit systems?

yes, on the 32 bit systems all software is scanned correct. Only software in the registry key wow6432node on 64 bit systems is not scanned at all

I noticed that "exchange server 2007" is also not scanned and it is in the "normal" uninstall hive.
Are you sure that you are using the lansweeper3.2 service?

yes, we are using the lansweeper3.2 service, but we renamed it into Lansweeper30.exe. The version is 3.2.3160.19571

yesterday we installed Lansweeper version 3.2 and update 1 on a complete new server, but we still have the same problem. The software on 64 bit machines is not being scanned.

Do you have any idea, what the we are doing wrong. Do we need to make adjustments after installing Lansweeper to be able to get a scan of the 64 bit software.

Best regards,
Steen
