How can I correct this?

As with most/all problems : The system is firewalled/has permissions problems or the reversed lookup is wrong.

Seems to be my NON-service pack 3 machines??? anyone else experience this? Perhaps SP3 will fix this.. I will verify now

DNS and Reverse DNS seemed fine for the one SP2 machine I am testing now.

I had a machine that was red (Dell Optiplex 755) that was behind on its BIOS by quite a bit. Updated it and now it is properly inventoried.
