Dear Sir

I just install Lansweeper server.
I use connection tester against a client PC (hon-01-tng).

The result is
Ping test OK

Remote registry test OK

Remote WMI access test FAILED
The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

Remote \\hon-01-tng\c$ access test OK

Please advice how I can resolve it.

It is resolve by add backward DNS lookup
