Ok, I have this working on an Active Directory domain, but I have an NT domain I want scanned to the same database. I setup the clients to scan, but it's not scanning to database. This could be a permissions thing?

Have you tried the connection tester to one of the clients?
For 2 NT domains : create a trust between the 2 domains. Create an account in domain1 with domain administrator rights Make sure the service runs using this account. Add the account from domain1 to the administrators group of domain2

You cannot add a user to the "domain admins" group of another domain.
Most users create an "helpdesk administrators" universal group in active directory and add it to the local administrators group on the workstations using scripting.
