It seems over the past week or two I've lost some of the software that I'm trying to keep track of on this tab. I've got 9 entries in the DB for software that I want to keep track of, which worked at first, but now 4 of them disappeared from that tab in the web console. Any idea how I can get these to show back up?

Are you sure that there are computers with the missing software.
Lansweeper doesn't show the items when there are no computers found with the software

I'm positive. My own machine has Office Professional Plus 2007 on it.

The same version as in the license tab, maybe you installed a servicepack?

That was it. I pushed out SP's for Office and didn't realize that they actually changed the version number instead of just augmenting a build number. Thanks. Feel free to close this one. :D
