What are your reasons for not becoming a premium user? Which software/features would you like to be added to the premium user pack?

I just go my boss to approve the purchase of the premium pack. I think it will help out alot But for $150.00 US bucks, it one hell of a deal considering what you are getting and its good for all year. Can't go wrong at all

I have tried for days and it just dosnt work. Not sure if its worth premium if it not working as expected. I have turned off all firewalls, lsclient connects find. Report shows computer name and user thats it. Worthless to me without the data. Logs show unknown domain is a domain required? If so how do i make it not required. Im not putting this on the domain unless i see it work.

1) Make sure that the account running the lansweeper service has administrative permissions on the clients. 2) Try the connection tester to see if you can connect to the clients with the configured username A domain(administrator) is the easiest way to make sure that the account can connect

I would purchase the premium version if it provided the ability to pull and display license keys for software

You want Lansweeper to do almost for free something that there are already products available to do that cost money.
There are so many software titles out there that to produce something that would discover the license keys for such a huge list of titles would be surely way beyond the scope of Lansweeper.
It would be great if it did - but come on be realistic.
Plus Lansweeper for $150 is almost nothing - try and find any other tool that comes close.
I love Lansweeper and I have evaluated lots of different network audit inventory tools and it far exceeds them all!
